I second the review. The place was given to me by my father and we took over the lease of his place. They never did anything except come over unannounced when they thought we were using too much water. This is sham company at best. They saw the condition if our place. It was nasty, mice infested, none of the door knobs worked. People constantly ruined our clothes and wrecked the washer and dryer which took them forever to fix. We moved out and they trying to come after us for rent when we haven't lived there...we left it in condition that it was given to us in...filthy...mice infested...and falling apart. They can choke on that place for all I care...I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.They promised to replace the carpet and paint the walls when my father and I addressed our concerns...nothing was done. Doors fell apart the place is horribly cold in the winter...the place is a freaking nightmare. The mice ruined and chewed through hundreds if dollars of food and we tried to kill then but my daughter got a hold of the poison and traps didn't work. Not to mention that I've had professional work clothes ruined due to the tenants that live in that complex...I was never compensated...I'm not giving anchor realty another dime of my money.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Horrible service, never fix anything, patch work at best. Went without any sewer for almost 2 months and then never did work right for 2 years. They didn't ever fix it. Had mold growing through our closet and took almost 2 months for them to come fix that. And then when we finally got out of there they stole money from us siting things that didn't need to be done to take our deposit. They said they had to clean carpets that was already done and charged over $200. And charged $40 to clean the stove top which not only was cleaned before we left but we had purchased brand new drip trays and everything for it. YOU COULDN'T PAY ME ENOUGH TO MAKE ME LIVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS AGAIN. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE SERVICE, NEVER RENT FROM ANCHOR REALTY, YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AND YOU WILL GET SCREWED. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY.
