Ellie Vilendrer is an elite negotiator and top-rated business and contracts attorney (AV-rated on Martindale Hubbell, Super Lawyers Rising Star, and rated 10/10 on Avvo). She has spoken for national audiences on the topics of contracts and negotiation strategy, including as an invited speaker for American Law Institute CLE. Her articles on negotiation strategy have been published in leading national legal publications, including "Corporate Counsel" and "The Legal Intelligencer." She is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114, Minnesota General Rules of Practice. As a mediator, she draws from many years of experience as a successful civil and business litigator and trial lawyer. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, she has helped her clients obtain and save millions of dollars through negotiated settlements and court verdicts. Some of her successes include obtaining a jury verdict and grant of punitive damages by unanimous decision of an 11- member jury representing a plaintiff in a breach of contract and fraud case; and obtaining summary dismissal of my defendant client in a complex multi-million dollar class-action lawsuit alleging breach of fiduciary duties. Her litigation experience is unique among corporate lawyers and gives her valuable insight in helping her clients mitigate risk.
