Avoid Geron Rogers. He refuses to listen to the parents of children he is supposedly counseling. If you provide a perspective that is different than his, he argues and does all he can to prove you, the parent, wrong. When we informed the office that we were going to seek services elsewhere we requested records related our child's visits. Geron told us he would not release any records at all. This is his way of holding patients hostage because he is only concerned about his wallet and his ego. Sometimes the client doesn't connect with the counselor, it's not a big deal. Don't take it personal Geron.
