- Our Pilates, Aerial, and workout studio in Minneapolis offers a full service Pilates studio for privates and reformer classes. We now offer aerial classes and privates, as well as group classes in cardio, aerobics, strength, mind/body, dance, and flexibility classes for all fitness levels. Our BodyBalance Nutrition program offers one-on-one nutritional consulting, group classes, cooking, and shopping trips.

I am in the 12 days classes and I am in love with the studio! Really loved Lauren classes she is very helpful in the class always paying attention in your position and making sure you are doing right! Loved the no shoes idea! The only downside for me is that takes me 30min to get there :/
I have really enjoyed my first week at Studio TimeOut. The classes are fun yet challenging and make working out enjoyable! Everyone I have met is very friendly and helpful.
Coming to the studio is a natural part of my weekly routine - if I miss a regularly scheduled class I feel it the next day!
I enjoy how welcoming everyone is. I love the commitment to learning everyone's name. I also like that it doesn't have a big gym vibe.

Its great fun fun fun. NIA is great for all levels and abilities. Its really changed the way I move and hold my body. Im more confident. Keep it up. I also like the variety of classes because that makes ot so there is something fo everyone. Keep that up
I really love Nia classes with Jeanne. It has become a spiritual experience for me in which I have felt huge mind-body shifts in my confidence and feelings of joy in my body. I love that the music is loud and there isn't a lot of talking as it offers me the ability to tap into a more meditative state.
Great trial offer. Beautiful facility. Wonderfully welcoming environment and people which I will drive extra miles to come to at least a few times a week!
So far I have attended two Tabata classes and I have to say they are TOUGH! I consider myself to be in reasonably good condition, but these are really good workouts. Am looking forward to joining and getting in on a regular basis.
Regarding excellent classes and instructors, making you feel welcome, instructor feedback for improvement and challenges, accomodations for safe and fun exercise, nutrition knowledge, helpful products: If they haven't thought of everything so far, they are undoubtedly working on it. I am definitely firmer, stronger, more confident and healthier physically and mentally!
StudioTimeOut has changed my life in many positive ways, fitness, nutrition, motivation, and personal contentment. The personality of the studio is one of inclusiveness, never judgmental, and always motivating to improve. Most of the other members are also very friendly and inclusive.
All the instructors are very encouraging and the general atmosphere at the Studio is welcoming. The variety of classes is broad enough to change up my routine from time to time to keep it interesting. I've found it pretty easy to stay motivated.
This is a great studio with many different options for fitness classes. The instructors challenge you and encourage you and meet you where you are in your journey.
Your staff is friendly. Kendra, Jeanne, and Madeline have all made an effort to ask and remember names. Also the staff at the front desk. I am returning to the studio after an absence. You all have been inspiring and supportive about my return. Your approach makes me want to come back. The facility is beautiful.
I appreciate the way the instructors will go around the room and correct the positions, etc. to get the maximum benefit from the exercise.
I have loved my Pilates Reformer classes with Mikala, miss Madeline and her classes as well. Mikala is great with attention to detail, form and making it fun. I also love Shannons yoga classes. In the 2 years I have made great headway with my weight loss, shaping and toning up and I feel alot better than my friends and co-workers. PIlates and yoga have helped me to learn to focus and be positive.
Your Very valuable knowledge on nutrition was very helpful in getting my diabetes in check. I wish the consultations were less costly.
Class experiences always good. I like the fact that the instructors continually coach on proper form. The Studio has a family feel and I am always greeted by name both at the desk and in class which really makes me feel at home while there.
All of the classes are valuable. Tabata is a great combination for cardio and strength that produces fast results. Nia is a practice that benefits not only the body but also the mind and spirit. Nutrition classes offer a thorough education on how to eat nutritious and delicious foods. The staff is top notch on making sure you are exercising safely and effectively no matter what your fitness level is. They are always offering alternatives if a certain movement hurts. They are always happy to answer any questions.
