My computer tech guy highly recommended TCQ, and they've been super-helpful in the past, but all of a sudden they switched services. They won't say, but it looks like they are outsourcing both hosting and tech support. I am well versed, so usually by the time I call the problem has to be pretty esoteric, usually email types of stuff. This last time, I had no outgoing mail, apparently due to this service change. When I called, their cookie-cutter support guys (I talked to 6 people on 4 different days) couldn't solve it. Finally they kicked it upstairs (Tier 2 they call it) and the guy gave them the answer. Satisfied customer? Not!
