Assists people in making a transition to new employment by assessing their background and capabilities, determining a job search strategy, developing strong job search skills (a powerful resume, excellence in interviewing, and competence in networking), and seeing that clients achieve fulfilling results in their new job. Focus is on managers, professionals and executives. Utilizes highly professional approach so that charges are very fair. Will allow some to defer a large portion of payments. Works very hard to meet the needs of clients. Can relate to a wide variety of clients due to breadth and depth of industry experience. Results of coaching are a client who understands herself/himself better, is increasingly confident, and has the energy and direction to find a great job.
