My mother's interment at St. Mary cemetery was devastating and will leave a permanent image of horror and sadness on the minds of the children and family who were there. We did not get the quiet and dignified burial that she deserved. Rather, my mother's vault was dropped headlong into the grave by incompetent staff. Words cannot express the emotional devastation that followed the crashing sound of the vault hitting the bottom of the grave. This should never have happened.

Saint Mary's is a beautiful historic place but lacks proper care and oversight. The cemetery manager is not concerned with complaints and requests a donation for anything and everything, including trimming hedges, maintaining 100 plus year old graves and so on.
