- DecksThis summer, we will be refreshing your siding, new paint, door frames, window frames, and decks. We are also very excited to be helping some of you with carpentry repairs.
- Garage Door Repair/ReplacementOnce the surfaces have had time to dry we will return to begin painting of select trim (i.e front doors / frames, louvers, corbels, garage doors / frames, columns, window frames, fascia, etc.). We anticipate returning on Friday September 1st.

- PorchesMinnesota weather can do a number on decks and porches. We stain over a thousand decks every spring and summer. From prep and repairs to pressure washing, staining, and cleanup, we make your outdoor living space look like new!
- PaintingWelcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior painting project. We are excited to be working together this year!
- CarpentryWe are not fully complete, there are potentially areas we are going to replace / repair as part of carpentry allotment as well as return to complete paint touch ups once we complete a walkthrough with the Board. So if you do notice anything, do not worry we will be back to take care of it.

- Residential Pressure WashingWe will be coming out to start pressure washing your buildings on Tuesday August 29th. We will be starting at building 1 on the map above and following the sequence in order from there.
