  Roger has prepared and brought to final resolution thousands of cases for Robert Wilson & Associates, P.A., including many large dollar settlements. His primary areas of focus are Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury though he has also represented clients in criminal matters as well.

  Whether we represent someone in an auto accident, work injury, or wrongful death claim, I make it a point to set up realistic expectations on the outcome of the case. When a client or potential client asks me what their case is worth, I sometimes ask them one of two things: whether they would simply like me to make them feel good by telling them that their case is worth a lot of money, or if they would like me to be completely honest and give them a realistic, accurate assessment of their case. I have yet to have a client tell me that they want me to make them feel good by giving them an inflated assessment of their case.

• Workers Compensation
  T.H. was working as a roofer when he fell off a roof. Unfortunately, T.H. lost his leg in the accident. We brought a worker’s compensation claim. T.H.’s employer did not have Workers Compensation insurance, so we were able to bring a claim against the Minnesota Special Compensation Fund. The Fund denied that T.H. was and Employee and refused to offer any money. We won the case at trial. As of this date the Special Compensation Fund had paid out over $600,000.00 on behalf of T.H. T.H. is unable to work, and as a result of our efforts, he will continue to receive his weekly wage loss until the age of retirement.
