      Very incompetent. Have my IRA annuity with this firm. I am now retired and must collect my required distribution, quarterly. This should have automatically been deposited in my checking account as it was last year. Today April 1, and still have not received my money. Just made my second call to them to get the same story-":Sorry for the oversight we will make sure this is processed right away"Does not say much for a financial institution that is so disorganized.I am now looking into to transferring my funds out of RiverSource into a more dependable organization.
