  Brandon is an associate attorney with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A. His primary areas of practice are business disputes, employment litigation, general liability, and insurance litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Brandon worked as an associate attorney at a small law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he primarily practiced business and commercial litigation. Before entering private practice, Brandon was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michele A. Davis of Wright County District Court. Brandon obtained his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2015 and received a B.A. from the University of Denver in 2012.

  Brian Wood is a shareholder with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A., whose practice emphasis includes the areas of commercial transportation, products liability, retailers’ liability, personal injury, toxic torts, insurance law and life, health and disability law. He has substantial experience in all areas of practice and has represented numerous insurers and corporations. He represents companies for claims related to employee conduct, including assaults, sexual abuse, and other actions bringing rise to negligent supervision claims. He is an active member of DRI and related committees, as well as the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, where he is past chair of the premises liability committee. He has participated and chaired many legal education programs in Minnesota. For a short time he was adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law. His practice includes coverage disputes, commercial litigation, professional errors and omissions claims, construction defect litigation and product liability defense. In addition, Rick regularly represents professionals before licensing boards and the Department of Commerce.  In his representation of professionals he has become well recognized in the defense of dentists, insurance agents, real estate sales persons and real estate brokers. Rick is also regularly asked to serve as a mediator and arbitrator in alternative dispute resolution efforts and will occasionally be appointed to act as special master and receiver.   Mark Fredrickson is a shareholder with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A. Mark believes that while a good lawyer helps a client solve problems, a great lawyer helps a client identify problems and solves them efficiently and economically. With over 32 years of civil trial experience primarily defending insureds and self-insured businesses in injury and property damage cases, and representing businesses in many adversarial situations, Mark combines his experience, knowledge and passion to guide his clients to a successful conclusion of their legal problems. Mark has a special interest in products liability and complex tort litigation, with additional significant experience in the transportation, construction, retail and public sectors. He also represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters. Mark is a mediator and arbitrator and enjoys helping others effectively solve their problems. He has written many scholarly articles on these subjects and is a contributing author to a number of practice books, including DRI’s Products Liability Defenses: A State by State Compendium, Minnesota Chapter and MDLA’s Release Deskbook. Mark is active in civil defense bar associations and has been a leader of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, culminating in his election as MDLA President for 2013-14. Mark served on the Board of Directors of DRI, The Voice of The Defense Bar as North Central Regional Director from 2018-2021 and was Minnesota State Representative from 2015-2018. She proceeded to attend Bethel University for her Bachelor’s Degree and completed her four year degree in two years. Upon graduation, she worked as a legislative assistant at the Minnesota State Senate and served as a committee legislative assistant on the Aging & Long-term Care Committee. Rebecca attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she worked as a certified student attorney at the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office. Following her graduation from law school, Rebecca worked in civil litigation in the St. Cloud area where she practiced in a wide variety of matters that included construction litigation, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and personal injury.
