This park doesn't deserve even a 1 rating. I have lived here over 20 years and this is the worst I have seen it. New management/Owner doesn't care for their residence, they charge over $500/ mth for so called amendities that are no longer there. Basketball and tennis cours have been torn down, pool is always closed and they are now moving back in trailers that were previously moved out because of age and/or repair issues. The don't plow in the winter and just let it get packed down unless someone falls or complains. I used to be proud to call this home but all I want to do now is just get out. My kids are raised and this park is no longer suitable to live in.

Just don't. highest lot rent in the area. yearly increases, a pool you can never use, They are moving in buy here pay here homes that have been kicked out of other parks for ugliness and age. our SHARED driveway is falling apart. If you have someone next door (not always, the park is half empty) you have room for 3 cars (nice) bumper to bumper (not nice) most driveways are in very poor shape and the sidewalks to homes are falling apart. The park will even make YOU pay to remove THEIR trees that fall on your home. Once we find a new park we are dropping the 2-3000 to move out, it's that bad.
