Administration bullies and coerces direct service staff and does not follow Equal Opportunity Employment laws. Administration bullies and intimidates funding sources. Direct-service Staff are super, but are encouraged (by administration) to falsify documents. Frequently the staffing ratio is out of compliance. Consumers who are not assigned to job sites just sit all day long--there are no daily activities. PLEASE do NOT consider contracting services for your loved ones with this company. There are more ethical and compassionate agencies in the area--please find them!
