- We are located just a few blocks south of the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. We are in the same building as the Eagles Club. Our customers and their friends are welcome to enjoy food and drinks at the club while they wait. We also have a patio for smoking. Please note that you must be 18 or older to get a tattoo in Minnesota. A State or Government issued I.D. or passport is required. NO exceptions!

I recently got a new tattoo from artist Daniel at Ocean Blue Tattoo and it's nothing short of stunning and impressive! I'm over the moon with the high-quality service and the superb quality of the tattoo itself. The atmosphere during the session was engaging with fantastic conversation, an incredible vibe, and great music. The experience was both professional and intimate, which I highly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! This is my third piece from this salon and I'm already planning my next visit. I'm truly appreciative!

I went to Daniel at Ocean Blue Tattoo and Art Studio for my first tattoo, a watercolor baby dragon tattoo. Daniel was great, listened to what I wanted, showed me a couple different designs and explained everything to me so I knew what to expect during and after. 16 months later my first tattoo still looks like new and I’m getting my 2nd tattoo. Daniel is a wonderful artist.

I stopped in Ocean Blue Tattoo & Art Studio inquiring about getting a old and very much faded tattoo covered. I was pleasantly greeted by Daniel who looked at old tattoo and said he could cover it no problem. Daniel designed a incredible Grim Reaper Skull tattoo for me which was exactly what I wanted. I had tattoo done and could not be happier with the results .I will be going back to Ocean Blue. Daniel is top notch in my book .

This shop is incredible, very hip, modern and artsy. I am a photographer, so my idea was to have a picture of a camera with the names of my children on it. I described to Daniel (the artist) an outline of what I was hoping for and brought along a few pictures for him to use. He took what I brought in with my ideas I had in mind and created an an image that was even better than what I had imagined. My actual tattoo is so realistic that it is almost like having a 3D image on my arm, and the way he incorporated the names into the work seems so natural. I have seen his tattoos before that had a super realistic look to them, but I could not have envisioned this in my wildest dreams. All the people I have shown it to have been stunned at the realistic look of my tattoo. If your looking for a tattoo this is the place to go. I will be returning!
