Reviews
Messerli & Kramer are debt buyers. They buy debt for pennies on the dollar. Messerli & Kramer called me many times during the week at least twice a day, and they also called on Sundays. They left messages multiple times in which someone else other than me listened to. Harassment, calling on Sundays, leaving messages are against the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The debt is a private matter. They cannot even talk to your spouse unless your spouse was part of the debt. Otherwise they are breaking the law. They can only call you a certain number of times during the week. Look it up to confirm. They have a class action lawsuit for robosigning, State of MN vs Messerli & Kramer. Robosigning is automatic signing without making sure you even have the debt. This is also illegal. Thank you for this opportunity to give an honest review.
