Merchants Capital is a regional, bank-related, commercial equipment leasing and financing company, based in Minneapolis. It is a subsidiary of Merchants Financial Group Inc. It mainly serves areas of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota. The company is one of the largest independent financial organizations in the region. Some of the products that it offers are tax effective leases, operating leases, variable rate leases, leases with various residual options, traditional equipment loans or conditional sales agreement, etc. Merchants Capital also provides vendor finance agreements, recourse or non-recourse financing solutions and structured financing, including customized payment plans. It is a member of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
