Locations include Minnesota, Wisconsin, Maryland, and Arizona.We provide programs and services to seniors, people with traumatic brain injuries, children and adults who are medically fragile, individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, and those who need accessible rental housing.We are proud to be affiliated with Camilia Rose Care Center, a family owned nursing facility located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Camilia Rose offers a variety of services and activities including short and long term care, therapy, specialized units for rehabilitation and dementia, therapeutic recreation programs and an adult day program.
