I founded my law office in 2011 with the desire to provide affordable estate planning to individuals and all types of families, at all stages of their lives. I understand that it can feel overwhelming, but I hope to make the process as easy and painless as possible. As an experienced Minneapolis estate planning lawyer, I also want to take the uncertainty out of the cost; unlike traditional estate planner law firms, I do not charge an hourly rate for estate planning, but instead use a flat fee structure. Once we’ve talked and I have a better idea of your situation and needs, I can give you a flat-fee quote. You needn’t worry about receiving a “surprise” bill from me.
