Terrible company and terrible experience! I paid this company to trim one tree - which Dan Dickman did very well. Unfortunately, the owner, Dale "Freddy" Hanson tore out of our driveway in his overloaded truck and tore down 6 lilac bushes (61.00 each), a piece of railroad tie from the driveway, then dented and tore into the aluminum siding. Luckily, he did not take down the electrical wires which he had accidentally hooked in the tree branches sticking out of the trailer. He also tore up my neighbor's yard when he drove across it, but I will let them deal with that. When attempting to reconcile with Laura Hanson, she hung up on us. Dan Dickman came over, assessed the damage and offered to make it right, but Freddy called us up, threatened us with a lien, swore at us and hung up. Dan said he has a terrible temper. I guess all those years with the Klu Klux Klan (yes he showed us pictures) and the Hell's Angels didn't exactly make him a sweet guy. So let me be clear: Dan Dickman is a professional and when he starts his own company someday, he'll have my business. But Laura Hanson's company is a detriment to the neighborhood and the safety of the city. Buyer beware this lunatic!! He appears capable of violence.

I had these guys out today to take down a big tree in my back yard and they did a super job and the clean up work they did when they were done was super. We could not even tell they were here they did such a good job I will refer these guys to anyone who needs tree work done. Thanks Guys and keep up the good work.
