He will not call you to update the process. You have to find him yourself. You can't talk to him on the phone since his secretary will be the ONLY one who will talk to you. Whenever you have a question for him, you have to wait at least a few days if you call his secretary back. It does not matter what your case is, he will ask you for full payment before your case is half way done. If he promises you to do something, please record it. He will forget and say he did not say it. He will only talk to you when you are in his office for even a simple question. Your case will be delayed since you have to schedule far away appointment to talk to him even you need it to be done asap. He will not guide you for the case. You have to do it by yourself. I thought a lawyer who speaks Vietnamese would be easier for a non English speaker for me. Not my case, I had to speak English to his secretary since he will not talk to me over the phone for some simple questions. I have to take days off in order to talk to him. This is my experience with this lawyer, can't believe he can operate for +30 yrs for the Vietnamese people, who has no other option in finding a lawyer who can speak Vietnamese.
