I purchased stone from Hedberg in Oct. Was told the stone would arrive in 1.5-2 weeks. 10 days later I called, was told it would be another two weeks. Pressed to see if this order could be ready sooner to complete job prior to T-giving. New date of only an additional week delay. Week later called back; new date was another week out. I had booked a mason and he had turned down other work to do this prior to T-giving. Had to pay mason for his time with no materials to work with. They put a rush on the order and waived the charge. At no point did Hedberg contact me informing me of delays. When I went to return one unused box; was told it was a special order and it couldnt be returned. 1)When ordering I was told to order more than I needed and return what I didnt use. 2) Nowhere on my receipt did it state this item was not returnable. They did finally agree to take back the stone. I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere
