I have purchased many high end electronic equipments over the years and the experience is typically comparable to buying a high end car. You are treated professionally and with respect. If the seller makes a mistake, they will try to make it right and do that quickly. Well, that was until I met these guys. They sold me a TV they didn't have in store, only to tell me after I paid the amount in full. Then told me they don't even know when it will be in stock. It took many wrong attempts (like charging the wrong credit card) by the store to get the credit for the TV I never received. I also bought an expensive TV stand and I had to cal 5 times to get an update about the status of the TV stand, and every time the person I talked to claims the company that ships the stand is currently closed and he will get back to me the day after.. which never happens of course. At the end when I talked to the general manager Mark Halsten (who has the worst of the bunch), his whole reaction was several i
