I went there and a women help me she was very nice she even stayed late for me. As she was helping me one of her co-worker keep interruption her. It was not the one on one customer service I would like when getting my taxes done. A few days Later I had a question on why my taxes where taking so long? I called back and a man picked and he was not helpful. He was talking to me like I was not important and slow. I could hear someone in the background talking to him at the same time telling him what to say. I really could not talk to him because too many people talking at once. Some of people are nice helpful and they explain your taxes to you. Others there are really rude on the phone in person and not helpful. It really is a hit or miss there. There are really good people there and a few bad apples. My family and I have been going there for years. We have never had a problem like this before. I have not seen this man there untill this year. I am go to another location next time
