Used them through my insurance for a ride to a health appointment. Not only were they over an hour late picking me and my 2 yr old up (arriving at the time of my appointment instead of the hour-30 min early as promised) they did not have the car seat I specifically requested so I had to install and uninstall our personal one and the driver didn't even help me, a 7 1/2 month pregnant woman. The driver did not speak English well, made no apologies or explanation for being late, was using his personal van that reeked of pee and throw up and was very dirty inside than was talking on the phone while driving, almost hitting 2 of my neighbors on our street! Both ways of the ride He made small talk (mostly personal/invasive questions) than explain how the company paid him and if I agreed to him being my "personal driver" he would give me his number so I could arrange rides with him. I told him no (obviously!) and he kept pressuring me to agree to it. I specifically request NOT to use them now
