Carol's approach is to help her clients find increased body awareness, relaxation and healing. She specializes in deep tissue, range of motion and assisted stretching. She incorporates various massage techniques and believes in tailoring her approach to each individual she works with. She specializes in deeper, therapeutic work with a variety of techniques, including hot stone massage. She has pursued interests in aromatherapy and energy work. Carol enjoys helping clients help themselves by teaching them how to care for their minds, bodies and spirits.
