Where I start if you want to live in a place where your can be towed at any time or where the MGR is B....come here !!I lived in this ghetto place for yrs I am changing alot of the illegal activities that went the hallways.And also one of the few people who was not on assistance and EXCELLENT RENTAL HISTORY who they have never had a problem with .I was told by the office that they posted towing day and they do and they have in the past but ,I work 10 and 12 hours i did not recieve notice and it was not posted downstairs in the front door as usaually ,but this time it was not posted there because i was standing on the the outside and it was not she really did not care .And her supervisor in saint paul for dominion stephanie is rude unconcerned and dont returns calls .Also i have several people strolling in my apt without knocking or warning .Managers in the past showed alot more respect even lowering my rent to keep there.I feel as a mgr she should be more respectful of the good

I have lived at these apartments for a year now, and can't wait to move out. In the year I have lived here, there have been 3 murders, 2 stabbings, and numerous breakins. Drug deals happen right in the parking lot during day and night hours. Rude, disrepectful people that live there, and management should be ashamed of the way they run the business. Better background check are needed to keep out the problem people.
