Dura Seal 400 is appropriate for surfaces that are relatively flat and will not sustain extreme mechanical abuse and where high skid resistance is not required. The cost of Dura Seal 400 is about one-half that of the more expensive Dura Poxy.

*Dura Seal 400 Features Made of 40% epoxy plus solvents that evaporate causing some odor during application Curing time of 5 to 7 hours Hard, typically 7 mils thick Some shrinkage during curing process Easy to work with; faster flowing than Dura Poxy Comes in a variety of colors *Dura Poxy Features Composed of 100% epoxy solids, with no odor during application Curing time of 12 to 14 hours Extremely tough and hard, especially when strengthened by adding quartz chips; typically 20 mils thick No shrinkage during curing process Somewhat longer application (labor) time due to less ease of flowing than Dura Seal 400. Comes in a variety of colors and textures created by adding quartz crystals during application
