I am so glad to find out I am not the only one to be screwed by this firm. When I was in the hospital, in ICU, recovering from a mental health issue, their representative came and told me they would fill out all the forms and submit the documentation for Social Security Disability. She guaranteed, even if I needed a review, everything would be completed in four months tops. That was in February. She got everything wrong on the form, but I didn't know it because she wouldn't let me see it. When I got the denial, I was livid. They had submitted for my epilepsy (I don't have seizures enough to qualify for a disability), not my mental health ( which truly has gotten bad enough to prevent me from working). I called them, and they said they would fix it. I just got my second denial. Still for epilepsy. And they won't consider my mental illness because I'm being treated for it. Can't get ahold of anyone at Chamberlin Edwards, but if I did they would hear how severe my illness still is and can become. It is now seven months into this process, we have NO money left and are having to use food shelves and state insurance, and I'm going to have to find a competent attorney someplace. While in the throes of my illness, and trying to cobble up money to pay bills. Chamberlin Edwards lied to me. My life is such a mess because of them, I don't even know if I'm going to make it to my regular early retirement date in two years. I hope, when one of their family members need help, they are treated in the exact same manner I have been treated by them........

Twice my worker from the county refered me to them. They aren't good at all. Never helped me when seen by the judge never spoken up for me at all. Shewants me to go back to them again for the third time what she nuts. You are better going somewhere else for this kind of help even pay a lawyer to win your case!!

they were horrible. They never informed me of my appointment dates, the never once called me with an when i finally got in contact with them they didn't know who was in charge of my case and appeared to have no knowledge of what was going on other than i was in their system. Needless to say i had to find other representation cause they were inefficient

Though they came highly recommended for assistance with Social Security Disability benefit cases, we find them less than exemplary. They don't return telephone calls and rarely assisted us in completing any of the case work required. In over a year from the date the case was accepted by Social Security Court, we were never contacted by them. Our case went through the courtroom procedures (with little or no advice from the person who attended with us) on April 28, 2010. To date we have heard nothing about the determination or refusal of the claim. We have left several telephone messages over the last 3 weeks and still await a response from them. Today (July 28th) we learned that our case was denied back in May and they never notified us. At this point we have to start the procedure all over since the 60 day appeal period is past!!!
