One call to CVE and all was handled with regards to the hail damage to our roof, deck and windows. CVE handled contact with our insurance company, estimates, finding correct shingles, city permits and the final construction project. The construction crew was professional and respectful of our property, when done the yard was picked up and all looked great. Cedar Valley Exteriors is a poorly maintained exterior company. They over promise under deliver. Customer service is non existing and they have no intergirity. They have one thing on their mind "get your money and then heck with you". Their represenitives also seem to have very little experience in the industry. My advise "take your business else where

They came over to look at my roof i agreed to sign them as a contractor. The man told me to call my insurance co. And they would meet with them. I did so. I tried to call cedar valley SEVERAL times no return call. Now after I have my new contractor they are calling!!! Poor customer service!!!!!
