On Friday, March 8th, I came in for my laser treatment, the girl forgot about me and left me in the room - it also took her 10 minutes to just get the lasers pointed correctly. She kept giggling and saying "oh, sorry, I don't do this alot". That's not good to hear from someone pointing a LASER at you. So I got up and left. A woman in another treatment room apologized and said this would never happen again. Sunday, March 10th, I show up for my treatment, and NO ONE comes out to get me. I waited for 20 minutes. I even talked to someone in the office and told them I was here for the laser and she said "oh, there's not really anyone here to do that for you...hold on" and never came back. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time. I was really excited for this treatment, and will now be forced to drive to MAPLE GROVE to another clinic so I can get this done. Do not waste your time with this place.

I made an appointment for Botox and had the best experience. Dr. Zivalich and Nancy are so professional. I already made another appointment to go back and try out more services. I will continue to go there. Love it!
