We offer locally raised Kurobuto Berkshire hogs. We sell them by the half or whole. We will accommodate large order of one cut (ribs or chops for example) just give us a call for details. Berkshire is the premier breed of hog. Used mostly in upscale restaurants, its has a texture and flavor that is far superior to grocery store pork.
