Living here for over two years, with one major bump in the co op experience along the way but due to only one other in personality conflict, I recommend residency here. For being inner city and affordable for even some on fixed income...this co op is overseen by an incredible management company and maintenance team that provide nothing but the highest standards in providing clean, safe, secure, respectful, suberbly maintained rentals. The co op means tenants are required to be involved in how things are ran and make the decisions as a whole to best create the desired living atmosphere. It is obvious that a most important goal is tolerance of each others differences. From medium sized families to single artists to the devoutly religious-There is no dominating culture or ethnicity here. Bias and prejudice are absent. Your voice and input are heard. consideration as well as support is openly given by one or another in all circumstances. It empowers the average renter. Nothing is perfect and there's always bumps in the road and learning/growing to do but it's obvious the ideal strived by all is to achieve the best, fairest, healthiest, affordable living experience that can be achieved via the bonding and banding together of the residents here.
