Becketwood is an independent living cooperative community in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since opening in 1986, we have provided our Member owners in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area with distinctive living. Located on 12 beautiful acres of wooded land along the Mississippi River gorge, Becketwood is within 15 minutes of both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul and the airport. Combining natural beauty with an urban location, Becketwood is the ideal place for active, independent people who enjoy the best of the Twin Cities. Our facilities are designed to foster community through a number of different informal gathering areas.
