At the Barry S. Edwards Law Office our first priority is to serve our clients' needs. Our clients receive professional, confidential, and personal service every time, period! All of the firm’s work is conducted in-house and is never delegated to outsiders. We provide a personal service and become thoroughly familiar with your individual case. We are always available by phone or e-mail and respond to all inquires promptly throughout the day. Because of our ability and expertise we shorten litigation time, whenever possible. Maintaining a low overhead assists in keeping our costs down and providing a great value for service to our clients. We provide custom fee arrangements to assist in meeting our clients’ needs and means. These arrangements may include flat rate services, hourly billing, or a combination of a flat fee/ hourly arrangement. The initial consultation will establish the best fee arrangement for your individual situation. Our firm practices in criminal law, family law (dissolutions/divorce, custody, maintenance), administrative appeals (professional licenses), and many other areas of law in counties throughout the Twin City metro area. About the Firm’s Founder: The founder of the firm, Barry S. Edwards was born and raised in Oklahoma. Barry Graduated with a B.A. in English from Grinnell College, worked as an English professor at local colleges and universities (Ph.D., University of Minnesota, 1995). After graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School (cum laude), clerked at the Hennepin County District Court as the law clerk for then Chief of the Civil Division, Hon. Gary Larson, and later for Hon. Diana Eagon.
