General Info

I developed the AX Fitness program in 2011 and designed AX to offer a total body workout that increases functional strength, cardio capacity, muscular endurance, and metabolic rate. My training utilizes MAX interval training by creatively implementing a variety of strength training, body weight, HIIT and tabata style exercises. Workouts change each week, so that your body doesn't plateau and you continue to see and feel results. I have worked with a wide range of individuals from high school and college athletes to senior fitness classes and everyone in between. If you want to see serious results and have fun, my unique programs can benefit your body in ways that you have never experienced before.

Hours
Regular Hours:M 9am-7:30pm, Tu 9am-6:15pm, W-Th 9am-7:45pm, F 9am-6pm, Sa-Su Closed (We are closed on most National Holidays. We currently have some events on Saturday mormings at local breweries.)
