I was not satisfied with my current dentist when a friend referred me to Dr. Norrlander. That was 1989. "Ann" is professional, caring, thorough almost to a fault and just as important to me, gentle. In 25 years I have never had an issue with any of the work done on my teeth, the billing or Dr. Norrlander's incredible staff; from her current assistant Shona, to Sandy, my hygienist to Sandy the receptionist.

I love Ann and her staff! By far the best dentist I've ever been to! They seem to truly care - you're not just a number!

Be careful - went in for a cleaning and x-rays. She recommended I got a deep cleaning in her office. Tech doing my cleaning said a deep cleaning was needed as my teeth were very clean. Then she filled a cavity. I was very clear that my max for insurance coverage was $1500 and I didnt want to go over. So Ann recommended a temporary crown. She installed a plastic crown. Later I get a bill for almost $700!! I was told them I was going to pay that. Well no I have to deal with Como Law firm as they sell their debts to them. Never going back.
