We serve financial institutions, investors and companies seeking to raise capital across the U.S. and internationally. We are the oldest investment banking firm in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region remaining independent.Our trading activities include the trading of private placement securities, mortgages and other loan portfolios with institutions. We have traded billions of dollars of financial assets as principal and agent, and have relationships with hundreds of financial institutions and loan investors nationwide.Our private placement financing activities include arranging debt, subordinated debt or equity capital from institutional and professional investors for companies or projects. We have arranged several hundred million dollars in private financings in the last several years, and have relationships with numerous capital sources for all types of financing. We can also advise companies with development of financing strategies, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic joint ventures, including technology, financial services, real estate and other industries, both domestic and international.
