Worst company on Long Island!!! Their computer system fails to update properly, resulting in the customer having to pay. I was told by them to pay the amount due, even if it is wrong, or my credit will get hurt! They were dissatisfied when I advised them to go ahead with their threats. They over-charged me on a oil delivery, then insist I misunderstood!

Ordered via their web site which brought up an email form I filled out for delivery the next day of heating fuel. That ordered was placed at 10:36 am. Called the next day and was told not on the list. Now fuel is .05 more a gallon and worse I have to pay $25 same day delivery charge. How does a company not read their own forms and worse when an employee fails to do their job (read the order forms) the consumer has to pay the penalty for that. If the ordering system doesn't work then take it down from your website, however, if it made me additional money like I experienced then perhaps I would try and get away with it as long as possible. If you use them call them and make sure that they commit to a delivery time while on the phone.

Very Poor Service! I was a customer of Windsor Fuel, however, this was the FINAL straw! After they told me a specific price quote, then delivered the oil at a price .43 cents higher per gallon than the quoted price, the office manager stated that no one quoted me the previous price! This resulted in a bill $95.00 higher than as quoted! At another occurrence, they sent a technician to my house for a problem with the boiler. He left after exactly 7 minutes, stating he looked and nothing was wrong. I still continued to have a problem, that night I called a Licensed Plumber, who fixed the problem and did NOT overcharge me, or lie to me! Windsor Fuel had the nerve to actually send me a bill for a service NOT performed. I had to send them the Plumbing Bill to show them that there was something wrong!! The office manager was rude and very offensive. He has no clue on how to run an office or keep clients! There are many other companies out there that would appreciate the business!
