They did my roof finally in August 2012, after 2 weeks of hassle. Every day they were supposed to come, they said they were afraid it would rain that afternoon. I work nights, so for 2 weeks I was getting very little sleep staying up waiting for them to call or show up. Then one morning I arrived home from work at 9am to find them waiting outside my house to do the roof; no one had called the day before to say they planned to come that morning. I was angry and told them I was tired and was going to sleep, that they could do the roof the next day when I was off, that the secretary never gave me any notice as they said she was supposed to! They charged me $4,305 to rip off everything from the back half of the house roof, put on new plywood, tarpaper, and 30year shingles. I expected no more leaking, but every time it rained since then my roof has leaked just as bad and in the same place! Have told secretary, left messages about the leak, and no one is getting back to me about it yet
