This place is a nightmare! The 'supervisor' has to be bipolar. Why OSHA hasn't shut it down is a mystery. They even dock your hourly wage if you are tardy by two minutes!! It's a horrible environment and extremely unsafe in many areas!! You never know if you have a job from day to day as people are fired at Scott Gurts whim!! Don't even apply here - you will work yourself to death. The overtime isn't worth the negative!! Not uncommon to work weeks in a row without a day off. It's a high paid sweat shop. OSHA should shut it down immediately. I'd give it negative stars if I were able.
