I can't believe what customers services has come down too. I have ate from this place on three occasions,onces about a couple months ago and it was decent and twices today,which I had a terrible experience. When I received my order,everything seem to be okay. As I began to eat, I took a bite out the pizza, I barely got the bite down my throat safely...lol but seriously. On top of that,I'm waiting on the delivery guy to bring me my changs back, which he didn't have change and I didn't understand,why not? My total was 37$ and he didn't have three single dollars OMG...so in the meanwhile I got on the phone,hey this food isnt tasteful and it's extremely dry, even showed the to the delivery guy. I was willing to send it back with the diver,but the manager on duty said he will send me two new pizza's over. After waiting a hour and still didn't receive my pizza's,I decide to call back. When I called back, only to hear he would have to confirm this with the owner and he'll call me back. I started to get mad.First thing,you dnt promise something, that you bring to the table.Then waited two more hours,with no response. I called back and then placed in another order. Then for them to try to get over on me...they had a special going...16"two topping pizza,with two cans sodas. It's on the menu it's on their website.Why they TRIED...LOL TRIED to make me pay for the two topping individually and didn't give me my drinks. I gave the delivery guy,what I owe 14$ and told him to beat it. After,missing up one order of mines for the today. I give the place a second time, to proof to me that this wasn't truly their customer service. I was willing to spend more in this establishment and they was trying get over on a customer.LOL They called my phone back,I got some attention after all the times I was put on hold and was told that the manager was busy and come to the phone.They told me they can't deliver to me anymore because they was expecting 19$ out of me. Ha. I wasn't planning on calling back in the first place...lol. I work just as hard as the next person do,I just want the quality my money paid for. Good customer service is the customer is always right...As a person that's interested in culinary arts I can never imagine handling any customer like this.Overall their food tastes bad.
