I have to disagree with the other review. The apartment was dirty when I moved in the stairwells are also very dirty the trash piles up in the garbage room sometimes to the point you couldn't make it to the garbage chute. Along with this the cable and Internet are poor quality for the price you pay. The heating/A/C is also poor we had to make our own modifications to the duct work with duck tape to fix the problem. On top of this the it is very poorly managed. Management there does not treat there you as if you are a valued customer. It may appear that way when you tour but after you move in they don't treat you as if they would like your continuing business. They they tend to talk down to you. They are slow to respond to your inquires and they may tell you a deal on one day but then go back on their word when you ask for the paperwork. For accurate reviews see the Google reviews too.

I personally do not agree with the comment above. I will agree that on the weekends there is some trash in the hallways and elevators but it is cleaned up within a few hours...I mean, it is a student housing building. I have found the management to be friendly but strictly enforce the rules which many people do not like but you know the rules before you move in so...I think it is the best place to live in the area, yes it is expensive but I feel SAFE and that is worth the extra money to me. No major complaints and my roommates and friends feel the same.

Awful place to live. They charge an insane amount of money for a lack of service. The office personnel are never helpful. I will not be living here again after my lease is up this May. I have also heard from all of the other people in the lofts that they are disappointed as well. The building is brand new that I am living in (Signature Suits) and it is an absolute mess. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
