I live at the Governor. It's probably one of the better rooming houses in Milwaukee (West Allis).You have your own bathroom, but have to shower down the hall.Not a problem.The only bad thing, is that the walls are paper thin.You can hear a person caugh during the evening hours.Of course, that's at a time when everyone is sleeping and you could here a pin drop.They have a coin washer and dryer in the basement.They have off street parking, your own spot, for twelve dollars per month.About the worst about this place is if someone moves in a room next to you or above you and doesn't have any respect for your privacy.I have a scum bag above me now that just moved in.I think he's nuts.He rocks back and forth on his bed at all hours of the day and night.Banging all night long. May have to move because of the nut case.Landlord doesn't care.They don't live here. There is a Manager on site, but what's he going to do?Good place to get back on your feet though. Rent 90wk 360mth Clean, no roaches
