This place was terrible. I was harassed by another tenant. He threatened to shoot me. The owners didn't care. When I called the police, the person who comes to the office once a week refused to cooperate with the police. My vehicle was damaged in retaliation of me calling the police. I ended up in the hospital for the mental stress this all caused me, and I went to stay with my parents for a couple weeks. I was terrified to come home. When I explained to her I was in the hospital due to suicidal thoughts because of her tenant bothering me, all she csred about was when I was coming home. The rent was up to date at that point. I was a great tenant, always paid on time until I got laid off. I missed less than one month of rent. One week after it was due, she harassed me when I explained to her I was at my uncle's funeral. She kept calling nonstop during the service. She had no respect. When I came up with the money, I tried to pay her, but she had me evicted anyway.

It is a wonderful place to call home.During my first few months stay in this apartment I have experienced that whatever their claim is to rent at Silver Trail Apartments is 100% true. People working in management and maintenance all are very professional and efficient. It is the best residence for reasonable rates.

Nice apartments This "apartment homes" that they have are really very nice. One of the best things about this place is the location. It's near the freeway and close to restaurants. Apartments with lot of closets and central air, underground parking. Very professional management always answer phone.

I have lived at Silver Trail Apartments for several years. I love my apartment and the management was great, the grounds were beautiful, snow and ice was removed professionally, common areas were clean.
