Provided by YP.comI needed replacement parts for my Sears lawn tractor. I went to this location and took my manual wit hthe correct model/serial numbers good thing because the scans they had of my manual in their data base are horrible. the clerk is computer illiterate and data entery with one finger pokes took forever. Since the parts needed to be ordered they shipped them to my house (ok) they arrived 7 days later and they were wrong. I stopped Olson's Power Equipment on the way back to Sears just to see if they could help me. Olson's ordered the parts came 2 days later and were cheaper. When I wanted to return the wrong parts I was told I had to still be charged for shipping. This is unexcusable it was their fault. I told him why should I pay for your fault, "that's our policy" I want a full refund he did go and get manager approval. Sears is on the decline for some time and this is evident with customer no service and the inept employees

Provided by YP.comHorrible! Customer service from Rick AND a female Manager there were 100% Unprofessional. This place needs to Management AND staff (atleast 1). I drove over 100 miles r/t and was treated like garbage.My father was also treated like garbage when speaking with the Manager about Rick. THE poorest excuse of a business that I have ever come across.
And guess what the tools I brought in (one was NEW) both were under warranty couldnt be fixed. Kinda odd seeing I can order the part online and fix it myself but they (Sears) cant get the part?? So 2+ weeks later no tools. Ive called there an NO answer.
New staff....New Management and hopefully the attitude changes there. BEWARE if you take ANYTHING to this location!
