Their vision center is slow. It took me 45 minutes to get out of there when placing my contacts order. When I'm on the phone or inside getting assistance, I have to sit and wait for unnecessary amounts of time. To top it off, I was assured that they would call me when my contacts came in. Time got away from me while I was in school, and day after day I waited for a call. A month and a half later I called in to ask about them.

I like that it brings all Sam's Club up and I can choose the one that I want.
