I'm really concerned about their ability to manage paperwork and processing. I'm a member and applied for a mortgage and received paperwork with the wrong information, which I didn't sign. After asking several times for corrected paperwork including speaking to the branch manager, I never received it and was told that was "fine." A doc that needed my signature was suddenly no longer important? Also, keep in mind their mortgage loan process includes many uncommon requests: home inspection report, a photocopy of the inspector's license and the possibility of anything noted (general maintenance items included) having to be fixed prior to closing. The entire experience was stressful and more complicated than needed.
