To my dismay, I will never eat again in this Restaurant because of their unprofessional, uneducated big mouth staff ( or a lady Manager 11/05/2011). What kind of Manager who can just call a customer a Retard? She thinks we didn't hear her. Before we order at the front counter, we are waiting for almost 5 minutes. Then I speak up already so that she will notice us. After we got noticed just a few minutes the crew staff rang our order then we waited again for almost five minutes. Then the lady manager( I guess) told us that we can sit down and she'll bring over our food. She was soo busy serving or prioritizing the drive-thru customers. I could understand that, knowing how fast it should be the drive-thru service was. We waited then she came over bringing our food to the table, but still lacking a 4 piece chicken. So, I told her that I ordered an 8 piece instead of a 4 piece in which she aswered back that she's gonna bring it to us a little bit.Then she whispered what a "Retard"!
