Unjust! After buying and paying for an item, i was asked for it back! I said no so now Im not allowed. Super poor service!

They changed prices at the checkout even though there was signage. Accused people of lying and changing prices. That was for the items that were priced. The whole sale was disordered. The sign in process was odd too. There was a man with a private sign in sheet that this company honors. The first 6 to 10 spots are paid for! It was just strange and they were very rude.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What was promised and what was done were two different things. Get EVERYTHING in writing as he lies. We had two rummage sales with what was left after the estate sales and made more money. SAD!!!! It took 4 months to get paid and that was only because I had my lawyer call him. He does not answer calls. Settling an estate is a traumatic experience in itself without having to deal with a crook. I do not recommend this company.

I have been going to Open House Estate sales for over 20 years, they do an amazing job of emptying a house in 2 to 3 days. Prices are fair considering everything is priced to SELL in those 2 to 3 days, they seem to do a great job of understanding the clients needs and the customers wants.

Crooked from the minute they open the door !

They have 10 Dealers working for them that buy what they need and the rest is left. If they see you buying something consistently They then raise the PRICE right in front of your eyes. ,

A heartbreaking experience! Valuable items were sold cheaply, other items went missing, calls weren't returned, owner was rude after initially being friendly (that was before the contract was signed). Overall a traumatic experience. I don' recommend this company.

My family signed a contract that said "no family members were to be present during the sale" against my wishes. I arrived shortly after the sale started and found that numerous items that were not for sale that were covered up with signs that said "not for sale" were missing. I asked were they were. They did not want me to see but I found them, along with numerous other items, stashed in a bathroom. I told them they were not for sale and the other items should be "for sale". I started to take pictures and they became unglued and said I was not allowed on my mothers property were I grew up and said they would call the police. I said go ahead, I went to school with most of the cops. I asked them to see the ledger and receipts for there purchase's and they would not produce them till the police were called, two hours later. What did they have to hide?
