They're awesome

I was a happy customer until the last two visits. employees are very nice and they do great work. What I do not like from any business that I support is to get played or jipped of my money. I have been charged different rates by one worker, I called and question the price on my ticket and she stated that I was charged incorrectly the first time. when I went back I ended up in her seat again (she does good work), and when it was time to pay, again I was quoted more than previous visits. This is very poor customer service and I will be returning tomorrow for a refund of the different amount I paid today. Be careful when it's time to pay if you don't have a regular person you see, I cant think of her name but I will not work with her again.

I absolutely love this place, but i've consistently had a problem with one of the employees attitudes for the past year. They do great work, have an open concept in the salon, and make me feel comfortable. When I was pregnant with my son, who's 5 years old now, 2 of the techs used to massage my legs for atleast 15 minutes because they were so swollen. I love the service I was given and then some. Great place to go for a mani and pedi!

Its my favorite place to go because its such a friendly atmosphere. Plus the people speak ENGLISH NO foreign languages! They make you feel so welcomed its so nice.
